What Gaddar really want in Telangana movement?

Before asking any question to Gaddar by any Telanganite in the present day about the nature of Telangana movement which has many dimensions to understand the real task of the Telangana people, It is better to ask what really Telangana movement needs further to move into depth of the hearts of the people, who are divided into many divisions of the society in Telangana. How many people are happy with these governments, which are changing since the period of last 60 years in Andhra Pradesh, as it is first question for right answer from the leaders of Telangana state?

 

We have seen and well experienced the policies of the governments run by the Telugu Desam and congress since last 27 years. Unfortunately we have lost the chief minister, YS. Raja shekhar reddy, who was the biggest obstruction for the formation of the t-state, and he was successfully convinced his high command to influence her policies in Andhra Pradesh affairs of the congress party. Fortunately another leader is alive now and he is desperately seeking his back days of his legacy in the place of Andhra government. He is the number one traitor in following the proposal of the minutes at the meeting of the floor leaders in assembly and now he is lost his value and morality in Telangana area. The story of the failures of Nara Chandra Babu Naidu was started from the day of attack at Alipiri incident and still the same is continuing in the thinking way of Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, in all his political affairs inside the assembly and in his entire programs,

 

YSR enjoyed a lot while looking into the eyes of NAIDU, directly in all most all assembly sessions to the last date of his death as a chief minister. It's the people of Telangana people that they are looking these two chief ministers as out sides of the Telangana and the Telangana people started thinking about separate state especially after the formation of the Telangana rashtra samiti in some a decade back unser the leadership of KCR.  What people want from the government or  from the state directly after voting in favor or in against any political party which was or is in claim to come to power is not a big question to think over the promises of the parties, before coming to power. Is any government in any country that solved all the problems of the people since the formation of the state in all ancient civilizations to think over the rule of any state?  Any state or the government can solve all the problems of the people in any country. How much potentiality every government has to solve the problems of the people in any government. What kind of problems the government can solve for the people in any country. What are the sources of the governments to serve the people in any country?

What are the aspirations of the people really they wanted to address immediately so as to live in the society. How much good by any government or any leader can do for the people in the period of the tenure of the government in any state?

 

If all these issues really explain to the people by any political party sincerely, our children could not die in suicides since last day of fast unto death declaration by the KCR in last year. If I say simply the bitter truth, no chief minister, DGP, or collector can dictate to hike the daily wage of a labor in any hotel from Rs 70 to 90, for a day. Because, this economic issues are very separate from the political issues in any country. Even the government cannot control the price rise on the essential commodities in any country except few countries in the world. Those countries have the different economy and its social conditions are not like the capitalist societies. That is another issue that would be discussed in some other time. Why any political party do not like to declare its detailed report of feasibility while making promises before every election since last sixty years in India including in Andhra Pradesh. Why do the political leaders make the tall promises before coming to power in India? We have seen many parties in India, since last 60 years, is any party can say about its promises after losing their power to the people about the implementation of the policies in the country including in Andhra Pradesh. We have many former MLAs and mps at present. of them, any one can say about their promises he made to the people while and before coming to the power, that he or she had completed his promises in his tenure.

 

At least any gram Panchayath ward member, or parliament, if he says that he himself completed his promises what he made to the people concerned after his tenure, in the same public, he will be a hero in the history of society and his name would be worshipped like a demy god in the world. If it is possible in the history of the state, in any society from the most Nubian, central African, Egyptian, Babylonian, Akkadian, Hebrew, Greek, roman, to hundreds of small ancient kingdoms of ancient India, there could be ideal states to follow the same way as they were as a spirit of force for the political philosophy in the history. Have any country or any name of the king who served almost all the people in the way of making livelihood to all those who were living that time, the country could be the best example to follow the same principles by the other countries or the descendants or the other kings in the world.

 

Can anybody exactly answer all these questions to the Telangana people, the movement could be in another way, as we have hundreds of subject professors in all universities of Telangana region? I request to all the professors of political science, philosophy, economics, management, and history openly to speak the feasibilities for implementation and providing of employment, food, shelter, education, health to all the people of any state or of the nation by resuming the duties of "state" and its "government", it would be the best and first step in saving our children from committing suicides and immolations in Telangana region. What are the real factors contributing and leading the young to commit suicides are the first and the last is "hiding" the facts with misleading statements. Telangana is known for its historic armed struggle for the "land to the tiller" basis against the feudal lords and Nizam government in Telangana and hundreds were died in the historic struggle.

 

The reasons behind the withdrawal of such armed struggle, the leaders of both communist parties can say as they are well known. I do not go into depth to make any comments about the past of their history. The second struggle is as we all know that there were near bout four hundred killings in the firing and all the properties of Andhra people were set ablaze. These two struggles were basically violent in nature and the violence is the basis for all the way in these two

Struggles. Now the thinking nature of the human beings is we all are habituated to speak in all the public places and in all the meetings in the country as well as in the Telangana region. The violence was the basis for almost all movements in India along the non-violence method of leading the movements run side by side in all violent and non-violent movements in India as well as in Telangana region since last 60 years. If Indian freedom struggle is taken into account to calculate exactly for deriving the results for implementation of the demands against any section in the history, no one can say the non-violence method was only succeeded in attaining the independence from the period of Indian first revolt in 1857. From that period to the day of attaining independence to the nation, for the entire period of 90 years, the violence and non-violence were separately taken place from the different sections of the people under different banners in India and in united states, Canada and in British empire. The non-violence, leadership of the congress under the command of the Gandhi mahatma was to mediate, bargain, and coordinate the relationship with the British under full of pressure of the violent acuities and their demands against the British was the main reason behind many more things to influence the British policy makers in the government there in united kingdom. I am not here to belittle the role of Gandhi mahatma in freedom struggle, at the same time I do not like to forget the role of sardar bhagath Singh, ghader heroes, ali brothers, and ashfaqullah khan whose role in violence against the British played greater part in taking decision to leave India on the total demand of the Indians, including Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, jains, and some other people of India. It means, there was the condition of the two different ways to exists contradicting each other for the same purpose of the Indian independence at that time.

 

At the same time, in Telangana violent armed struggle in Telangana, after the annexation into Indian union, the undivided communist party was taken a decision to participate in elections so as to encash the glorious history of armed struggle into the votes for seats in the next assembly elections. In the similar way, the congress party also shared the power in Andhra assembly. Each and every one has played their role in turning their greatness into the votes in assembly and in parliament as per the national policy of the parties concerned. Then the same story of en-cashing the violence, the non-violence repeated in the last Telangana agitation as there were many killed and crores worth of assets were damaged, and all these acts were en-cashed by those who represented on behalf of non-violence in the public. My intention here is not to present the way in support of violence in the Telangana movement here. Because I can say the violence supporting methodology also proved as failed one in these struggles in last 60 years in attaining the separate Telangana state.

 

At the same time the non-violent methodology also experiencing to the acid test of time in these days since the last two decades and it is still in the social laboratory for its testing by the global societies in attaining the demands fulfilled from the side of the concerned policy makers in the most centralized bodies of the world. On the other hand, are we really free from the violence in our lives in the Indian and Telangana society or the violence is really occurring in our lives in Indian society including Telangana is a question to understand the very nature society as a whole. Is Indian society really Gandhian model of all people? Are all the people in India living happily in India?

 

Their lives without any difficulty since last 60 years are a question. At that time, what congress party and Gandhi mahatma promised to the Indian people in attaining the freedom from the British, while leading the people into freedom movement, could be known through the present living real freedom fights for the best of the Telangana state and for the young generation of the Telangana.

 

My intention also very clear about the Telangana state and I submitted my own representation to Justice Sri Krishna commission already. No one can doubt my credibility in this issue. The difference between the of violence and non-violence for any political movement in India, if analyzed correctly for a small period of last sixty years, it is evident that the encashment of the violence, for power sharing is the definite result for those represent the aggrieved in the history of agitations in India. Kashmir issue from the day it was started, to the present day of it is burning, most of the period it is under the power of national conference. The Kerala state, which had first of non-congress chief minister, EMS.  Nambudripad, who formed the government against the wishes of Jawaharlal Nehru. In Punjab, Akalidal was in power for most of the period. Assam, after the Hiteshwar Saikiya's minority government, AASU, and agp government was come to power in Assam. After their changing nature of the young leaders towards the people in fulfilling their promises, they never voted to them again. A very recent act of violence in a massive way, of demolition of Babri Masjid, on 6th December 1992,  by the right wing fundamentalist, they came to power and reign the country like a hell for more than 11 years.

 

They are still alive and can be asked for the answer in fulfilling their promises they made to the people each time to come to power, they never say the facts about their failures in just fulfilling the poll promises. Narendra modi, after killing more than 3000 Muslims, he returned to the power. All these facts speaks that the politics for the power is different from the fulfilling promises what they makes to the people before coming to power, through the power of the seats, which ,may be chief minister ship, prime minister ship, member of parliament and member of assembly or corporation. The role of violence against non-violence within the frame of the society is permitted and allowed by the state because the violence of any individual against anybody could be controlled by the state with its legal frame work of the penal code and according to that procedure the individuals would receive the punishments in the life time. Police and courts look the individual matter for such offences and violence.

 

To a question why does really the people want the violence against the individual violence is the same answer that they are the human beings and ratify the same acts of violence against the individual violence in these days after the period of p.v Narsimha rao government which was the champion of opening the doors as a colony for the international as well as  Indian feudal sections for the new wave of open market of capitalism and the same was continued with new version of modernization in India. To put the India as a colony for the global market capitalism, on the top list the society first could be brought under complete control of the government so as to ensure that the Indian people have a good nature of offering another cheek to slap another time like a Gandhi mahatma. The globalization as well as liberalization of the administrative rules in getting the permission to the newly proposed industries, the way they followed to make the Indian soil mix of neo capitalists of local, global, national, in the social economy under the mix of elements which needs the Indians as well as Telangana for some job opportunities and new avenues, doe which they  want peace, and non-violence, as the way,  they proposed and implemented from that time to till present. In the same context, the Telugu Desam was come into being in Andhra Pradesh.

 

The results as reaped out through the power after Telangana armed struggle by the communist party, by the way of winning assembly seats and the feudal landlords who were also come back to power and started securing their lands from the landless poor classes in Telangana. The dream of those waged war against the state and its feudal forces with a view to have ultimate aim through the violence and sacrifice of the communist leaders were remained unfulfilled till now. Those who were targeted by the communist leaders were turned against the communist party leaders and took up the new face of "leadership" through the congress and some other parties as their need demanded for their accommodation. The answer is well known in Telangana to the question that was the feudal in Telangana as "Doras". At the same time the poor and landless were the people of scheduled caste, tribe, backward and minorities. A simple question to those who claim themselves that they belonged to the feudal force must answer how they got the lands of hundred and thousands of acres in Telangana.

 

These feudal lords did not have any heroic history of wars against the Nizam and its prior dynasties in Telangana. These land lords were allotted the villages by the king Nizam to collect the taxes from the people and pay back to the Nizam. The land lards were completely under the control of the kings as their history of service to the Nizam king is well known to the villagers of certain segments. These land lords were all time servers to the Nizam from collection of taxes to paying the tribute to the level of the satisfaction of the kings. The women in the history also treated as "asset" and subject to plunder it as booty. Compromise is a culture in the transformation of the classes from the kingship to land lord to neo capitalist, to local state, national and global capitalist class.

 

 

In one word, the feudal land lord section is derived from the kings and kinships and small kingdoms. The system of awarding of the villages to local land lords were purely based on the will of the king. Complete submission was the pre-condition to get any village in award by the land lord from the king. Complete service to the king was the ultimate duty of the land lord in Telangana. And these land lords were not able to challenge the authority of the Nizam king and they did not compensate to the gifts, and awards of any villages. That is the reason the communist party was gathered the huge forces against the land lords as well as Nizam government.

 

 

Very same forces were continued as the landlords in the political party congress from time to the period late sixties and seventies. The very recent history of the revolt through the people's war party in Telangana had claimed to continue the task of "land to the tiller" and continued at the cost of thousands of deaths in killings. The same history of en-cashing the violence by the political party continued again by the NTR who declared that the "Naxalites are the patriots." He came to power and lost in next election. Chenna Reddy relaxed the Naxalites for availment of the legal opportunities on the tough hand of the Telugu Desam party. Again the availing has continued till the end of the Naxalites in Andhra Pradesh at the cost of many lives of the police. Now no one is available as the non-vegetarian food for the encounter specialists. The new generation of such forces is waiting for the non-vegetarian food and fame. In one word, tigers are in the cage and the government food is not fit to their taste of hunting food. At the same time, the political parties which have to register with the election commission of India under the declaration for peace and non-violence.

 

Because of the state it has the sole authority of the violence against those who opposes the state. The state has made the violence as its sole authority over it in the society. So power sharing and continuing the same is the only option before who are looking at the power in any state. Consequently, the role of violence to attain the task by any member of the society against anyone in the state has become centralized right of the state through the security and defense personnel. No party is available to declare that they believe in the violence against those who oppose the Telangana state. So no question is raised to mediate on behalf of the violence as non violence to attain the separate state. Because of in this demand, the violence and non-violence ways are proved as failed in the present point of view.

 

The non violence and non-violence is no serious issues in the present context of Telangana issue. Because KCR also shared the power with TDP while his previous political career. Many leaders of the congress have the part in their earlier governments. At the same time TDP which is in confusion and perhaps in the shock of attack on him. The BJP which was and is the champion in killing the Muslims in the country and it is well known its role in every communal riot in the Hyderabad city. The real touching base and basic foundations for the real politics in changing the social lives was long back disappeared from the agenda of present political parties. The real touching the roots of the capitalism in India by any political party is appeared as a day dream for the poor in the real purpose of the politics. The politics have lost the real meaning of the service to the society and the present political parties only taught the young to earn for himself and his family and enjoy the luxurious lives. It means non-violence methodology as a tool in the hands of the people against few ruling class people at present is in the lab for its test of the time.

 

Because all national, local and global ruling forces are in one voice to share the regions for the assets to stick to power of seats in the name of democracy to rule the people on the strength of the mighty and power of the security forces. The collapse of the Soviet Union and Chinese states has made the socialist forces to follow the capitalist philosophies only as alternative to the poor people in the world. The period which is in crisis and have not yet offered any choice to the people against these classes in order to protect themselves against those forces which are in feeling that they are the authorized and have monopoly over the violence.

 

Now it is a question what will get anything additional to the play and players of the Telangana movement with the entry and exit of Gaddar in the Telangana movement. Telangana agitation is run from its inception by the KCR first now it is in fullest maturity to see his entire family to operate it is like a private limited company. Yes he has right to share, and accommodate all members into his party for the next three or four terms of elections. He can sell the party tickets to his men and receive the amount from opposition party candidates for fielding weak candidates in every election. Because of his target is not yet completed equaling to the same rankers of the congress and TDP. He can declare anything against anybody. Because of that is his party. He has the every right to collect his amounts from congress, TDP, and Seemandhra leaders as well as Sonia Gandhi and BJP. He can again declare that he will implement the Naxal's agenda in Telangana. He did not give his party tickets to the Muslims, and BCS. He did give tickets to the non-Muslims even in surrounding segments of Hyderabad.

 

He can go to Mahaboob Nager from Karim Nager after winning two times. Third time boinapally vinod could go to Karimnager due to reorganization of his constituency, hanamkonda. He has no sc candidate in Hanamkonda from the locals. Siricilla Rajaiah, MP won the seat due to his weak candidate and D.Vinay Bhasker won assembly. The people of Hanamkonda constituency did not follow him in making victory of his two candidates of parliament and assembly. He never believe in the social, democratic and secular Telangana but he believe only in Telangana movement only which according him should run only years together. He never likes the Muslim participation in his TRS. In last parliamentary and assembly elections the people did not approve his policy of the distribution of the party ticket by rejecting them all the way. The next elections are in 2014 only. We have a lot of time to review the policies and course of action for the Telangana state. After submission of the report of the justice Sri Krishna commission to the government of India, KCR as a chief of his TRS, he have every right to declare the program of demonstrations or Satyagrahas or whatever.

 

That is his business and his interest of his party to work according to the wishes of the people or not. There are more than thousand organizations working under different names towards the Telangana case. Of them one is TRS as a political party as well as the social organization to agitate against those forces who are opposing the Telangana cause. TRS has its political party has all of its wings in all fields and they can take their own course of action as the leader of the Telangana cause. At the same time, there are other JACS are working for the same cause can have their program either jointly and separately. They people of Telangana have the history of respect all voice and activities for the telangana state.  At the same time, the TDP is striving for its grip in the people for diverting the mind of the people from the demand of Telangana to some other non-issues which are in the complete control of Nara Chandra Babu Naidu. Two communist parties are divided on the regional interests.

 

CPI opted to be remained with telangana people and with their demand. The congress party, which is helpful it seems, on the telangana demand till now. Gaddar, who is known to the people very well as he come from the sacrificial back ground. Not from those who have all the notorious history against the people. And it is also not enough for the people of telenagana. After dissociation himself from the Maoists, he appeared in few programs along with the leaders of BJP, bandaru dattatreya and completely confined to his personal works as it appeared after that time. He is from the scheduled caste which has not been placed in the right role in the TRS organization to lead the people. Manda Krishna Madiga was also not shared in the organization directly. The BCs who are also not identified properly by the leadership of TRS. The question of Muslims it is a dream to think about the due share in the TRS.

 

KCR declared that the deputy CM what he wanted to make from the Muslim community in the t-state. In essence the only single work for all Telanganites is to participate in agitations after 31st December. Then it is not important to discuss how would be Gaddar's front. What will he do? Who is behind his front? BJP,  TDP, or Maoist. Or is he going to oppose to TRS and form another alternative to TRS. It is sure we have four years time. Everyone should say and follow the primary principle and policy of the peace, non-violence, development, against the monopoly of state which is the biggest and mighty force controlled and dictated by the legislative houses of the assembly and parliament in India. The elephant and the fox are passing through the village lanes having an strong iron chain in the neck of the elephant and the fox is ahead in advance to give an impression to the villagers there that the fox is leading the elephant and it is the master to the elephant.

 

Some people felt that the fox is real master of the elephant and some other felt that the big elephant never follow the fox. Some felt that the elephant and fox are the best friends of each other.  Some said it is only a part of the play of the neighboring king who wanted wins the kingdom of present where they are living. Some thought it is utter confusing scene to understand any indication of any future happening to them. Only and every people saw the real reason behind their relation with the iron chain. The elephant wanted to have a bath in the nearest river at the village and the fox was in showing the way till the elephant reach to its water level. They saw the scene of the death of the fox in the river due to tie of the chain with the fox, that it is fit to understand the real relations of the elected bodies of the representatives with the security and defense forces in the state as these two fields form important parts in the term of the "state" in modern days in which Telangana state is also a part.

 

About the credibility of the term generally in use that by the BJP. RSS, VHP and all other likeminded with the ideology that they want to kill the Muslims and other minorities in big way in every nook and corner of the county through the power at the centre and states. Because the law and order issue in the Indian constitution is belonged to the states list.  The states are controlled by the laws of all states under the command of the government of India as per the Indian constitution. In the fittest case, if I ask the whole Telanganites, to answer the question that the government of congress at the centre will give the separate Telangana state for just 10-20 MPs from Telangana region from its own congress and TRS for making Rahul Gandhi as the candidate for Indian prime minister ship, is a question in my mind. In the equation of 545 or even more, I have no idea about it exact strength for now.

 

Let us decide that the mere 10-20 seats have no value in the account of any national party in the coming elections in 2014. The BJP leaders of Telangana want to implement their own agenda against the Muslims as they have the history of working in greater Hyderabad. When the TRS is not sure for the state of Telangana, in alliance with the congress, and TDP, since last 10 years, it is the duty of every Telanganite to check the motives of the leaders of the telangana region. But it is not done due the over belief on the KCR and his TRS in every elections. On the other hand, the bjp party which is now in its way to consolidate the position through the verdict of Allahabad bench's Lucknow high court for its legality over the land. But the Liberhan commission has found that the criminals who were participated in the act of demolition of the Babri Masjid. This is another version of mine on national issues which are directly concerned to the people of Telangana.

 

But the surety is that for Indian Muslims have a definite role in politics in India through the local parties. I can say that the government of YSR in Andhra Pradesh has done well in at least three issues what I like to say here openly that he has given reservation to the Muslims in education as well as the facility of the fee reimbursement in all colleges. At the same time, he is the champion of bringing back the agriculture and it's based industries in our state to continue the agriculture as a profession to the top list of the prioritized list of revenues in Andhra Pradesh. In the similar equation of giving benefits to the poor by waiving of the debts in the country, who will be the first in Telangana and in Seemandhra regions of Andhra Pradesh state. It is no doubt he is the champion, in winning hearts of the common people in Andhra Pradesh.

 

At the same time he had failed in 2 issues in his entire period of his chief minister ship that he charged Sri. Jana Reddy was to negotiate the talks with the Maoists for the peace and security in the state as a cheat the people. Another one is about Telangana state, for which he was dead against for the separation of the Telangana as a state. In his entire political life he had won the hearts of the people of Andhra Pradesh. Though the period of his reign, encounters of the top leaders of the Maoists were already in continuation from the TDP, to him through the Jalagam, and Brahmanada Reddy's periods in Andhra Pradesh since last 40 years. But it is not the way to pass out through the dead bodies without identification of the reason behind the death of the death body.

 

The contradiction in the demand of the Telangana region has many faces like a diamond which have many facets to have a look the diamond-like Telangana values, needs demands and deaths. One principle is common like a mother who has all the parts in the body like a woman would never treated as wife. At the same time the woman like a wife would never be treated as a mother. Is this acceptable for all Telanganites who are desperately fighting for the separate state under the command of the KCR and TRS since last 10 years. The people cannot give up the present facilities guaranteed by the congress government for the future aspirations in Telangana region. KCR is in third rank in the list of serving the people after YSR, NCBN through the government schemes in Andhra Pradesh. In essence what the telaganites would do against the ruling government of the congress in the state and in India is a question to ask the TRS leaders and the other political leaders who are demanding the separate state in Andhra Pradesh. Shall we go into the accounts of the leaders, I say only 5 families of the state have the cost of Indian budget on their names and they are continuing their lives in the state as political leaders and servers the people according to the Indian constitution.

 

At the same time, the four families of Indian based global corporate leaders from Ambani and Vodafone families are enough to have the assets and worth more than the Indian budget and we as a people Telangana wants a territory as Telangana would never make any difference after formation of the Telangana state. The common sense of the leaders and the people is that where they need to comment against any king, they can comment against him for the specific causes and reasons. If u all Telanganites want to chide the kingship of the time, Nizam you can continue against the same way against the kings. In essence if telanganite hate Nizam government, they should hate Kakatiya Dynaties, Vijaya nager dynasties, Rayala Dynaties, Ikshaka Dynasties as a matured way of thinking, committed against and in favor of any dynasties in the Indian history irrespective of any religious colors to the dynasties.

 

The BJP's version in this regard is something like avoiding the difference between the wife and mother attempting to rape their own mother under the presumption that the women are their wives. Gaddar who was committed to the task of performing  cultural programs as the stage artist, under the command and guidance of his party at that time to attract the people into the revolutionary fold of the people's war party. Now he has no such party to arrange any stage to perform his arts through songs, is a question in every common mind like me.

 

If Gaddar wants to address the mistakes in Telangana movement by organizing the masses towards his front, for the purpose of putting pressure on the congress and BJP for initiating the process of the private bill by any member of the parliament, it is ok for that level. And pressing the BJP and TDP for initiation of the bill in the parliament, then too it is OK. If he is in work to put his front as an alternative to the TRS, and KCR,  it is too OK. In essence everything ok for the voice and acts of Gaddar in the interest of the t-state. At the same time, he wants to develop the front parallel to the TRS, and then too it is OK. Because he has 4 years' time to take any decision to make his front as an alternative to the TRS, CONGRESS, and TDP in Telangana region is depended upon his own choice to serve the people in the BEST way by sharing through contesting in elections in coming years.
