Did You Know Emotional Freedom Techniques Is Not..
1. Emotional Freedom Techniques Is Not For Everybody.
Most people don't want to rock the boat. Enough said. You might think you want to. However, your present results are really an indication of whether you really want to change or not. By doing Emotional Freedom Techniques daily and on a multitude of problems. EFT will become a part of you and your daily routine?
2. Emotional Freedom Techniques Don't Work.
Writing the above statement actually seems like a fib. Emotional Freedom Techniques do work and they work on every occasion. The real statement should be EFT doesn't work because you don't always know that it is working. This is why before doing a round of EFT, rate yourself, 1-10 on how intense the problem you are feeling is. After several rounds of tapping are you still EFTing on exactly the same issues as when you began? Or has it changed? Is the emotion in a different, location, has its size and intensity changed. After tapping, take your emotional intensity score again.
3. Emotional Freedom Techniques Is Not a Magic Bullet.
With Emotional Freedom Techniques you can have immediate relief. On other occasions it can be like like you have to go round the houses to get to the root cause of what you are experiencing or why you do not have something in your life that you want.
Likewise, even though Emotional Freedom Techniques always work, it quite often seem not to work for you because it isn't the one thing you can put your finger on as to how and why they have now begun behaving differently.
4. EFT Is Too difficult To Do And Learn
Most of us do the "short basic form" of EFT and little else. What makes EFT difficult, is people not knowing what to tap on and how. In fact many tappers, old and new have EFT paralysis. They are frightened they are not doing EFT properly or that they are saying the wrong thing when tapping.
As long as you say, Even though I XXXXX, I deeply and profoundly and accept myself, 3 times. Then tap with your reminder word or sentance : XXXXXX....... You aren't going to go wrong. In fact you can have massive success just tapping on the meridian points and feeling the emotion that you want to dissolve.
5. Emotional Freedom Techniques Is Just One Technique
Emotional Freedom Techniques are more than one technique. The give away is in the title. Emotional Freedom Techniques. Most of us, me as well do the 'short basic form'. If things do not move after practising the short form. You add to it: tapping on the gamut points, altering your set-up phrase ending. Start by asking yourself, have you every experienced this earlier? When and Where?
How you implement Emotional Freedom Techniques and on what is only limited by your imagination, courage and your ability to notice your ownh emotions and knowing that you can improve your current situation.
