How to make homemade crochet and macramé bracelet?
Jewelry is an accessory that accentuates your beauty and gives you individuality and confidence. Be it designer jewelry or simple street wear, jewelry never fail to grab your attention. But women are inclined to wear something that is unique and sets them apart from the crowd. With many options to choose from women are definitely spoilt for choice. And an upcoming trend of the recent times is crochet and macramé jewelry.
Though every girl out there is familiar with the crochet and macramé techniques very few know that these techniques can be smartly applied to make really cool and exciting accessories like bracelets, hair clasps, earrings, rings and other handmade jewelry. What makes them more desirable is that apart from being fashionable and classy, they are quite easy to make. You can make them on your own anywhere-in your car, while reading, watching TV etc. So what are you waiting for? Grab a needle and some wires and become your own jewelry designer. Here is a little piece that you can start up with. Follow these simple and detailed steps to make a funky and cool bracelet.
All you need to take is some silver wires (28 & 26 gauge), colored beads (of your choice), a crochet hook and a wooden clamp. Starting with crochet-
- With a wire (28 gauge) and 2mm crochet hook start making chain stitches until you get single row of stitches of 5 or 6 inches in length.
- Now you need double crochet stitches that will add some depth to your design. For this double crochet in each chain stitch of the first row.
- Continue doing this till you get a band of chain stitches, three rows wide.
- Snap off at the end. You need one more similar band like this.
- Now these two bands need to be joined by another band which is macramé.
- For macramé you need eight 26 gauge wire, one foot long and fix them to a wooden clamp.
- Now start tying knots by moving one wire over the two middle ones and the other one under it to create a square knot.
- Continue knotting and slide in the beads at equal intervals till you have a whole row of beads in macramé knots.
- Now you need to connect the three bands together to complete your bracelet.
- For this sew together the crocheted bands on either side of the macramé piece with wires.
- Your bracelet is pretty much ready except the ends which you need to tidy up a bit.
- Bend one of the wires and braid the other wires onto it.
- Now slid in a bar to hide the wires and attach a clasp to it.
Your cool and ultra-chic bracelet is ready. Team it up with formals for a boardroom meeting or wear it with beautiful evening dress for a quite romantic date. Try for yourself and be an expert in the crochet patterns.

Story

During your journey, you may collect magic abilities for use against the legions of hell.
